The Capital Long-Range Improvement Committee (CLIC) seeks public comment on the City’s 2024-2029 Capital Improvement Plan. Each year, CLIC, a committee of residents appointed by the Mayor and City Council, recommend capital projects to be funded in the next year's Capital Improvement Plan budget.
The public is encouraged to attend upcoming in-person meetings to share their thoughts with staff, or email comments.
