Saturday, March 22: Washburn Senior High School standout John Lyman’s college team loses to Central Michigan Chippewas

On Saturday, March 22, former Washburn Senior High School standout John Lyman’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, lost 11-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Central Michigan Chippewas.

The game took place at Ralph McKinzie Field at Walt and Janice Owens Park. This was their second matchup against the Chippewas this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 1 p.m. at Ralph McKinzie Field at Walt and Janice Owens Park against Central Michigan Chippewas.
