There was the same number of registered sex offenders living in Crow Wing County in July compared to the previous month, according to the Minnesota Public Registrant Search.

There are seven sex offenders registered in Crow Wing County in July.

The Registry shows none of these sex offenders are sexual predators. In Minnesota, convicted predatory offenders also are subject to certain mandatory sentencing laws that are designed to minimize their chances to re-offend.

Minnesota legislation about sex offenders and predators is currently being evaluated and revised, such as if offenders with good behavior can be removed from the Registry.

Jordan Michael Koloski	Criminal sexual conduct in the third degree	Koloski has a history of sexual contact with teenaged female victims. Contact included touch and penetration. Koloski took advantage of one victim's vulnerable state and has used force to gain compliance.
Tyler Steven Jay	Criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, criminal sexual conduct in the second degree	Tyler Jay engaged is separate incidents of sexual contact against known and unknown male children. Contact included sexual touching and penetration. He used his relationship of trust to exploit unmonitored access with the known victims'. He used his position of employment to exploit unmonitored access with the unknown victims'. With all victims, Jay used their confusion and naiveite in his efforts to maintain control.
Christopher Robert Roehl	Criminal sexual conduct in the second degree	Offender has a history of sexual contact with minor male victims (age 9 & 12). Contact included sexual touching. Offender was known to victims.
Brandon Keith Churchill	Criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree, criminal sexual conduct in the first degree	Brandon Churchill has a history of sexual contact with known female children and teenagers. Contact included sexual touching and penetration. Force was used to gain compliance in at least one instance.
Christopher Eugene Wheeler	Criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, criminal sexual conduct in the third degree	Wheeler has a history of sexual contact with known female children and teens. Contact included penetration. Force and threats were used to gain compliance.
Lumasakila Izick Patterson	Criminal sexual conduct in the first degree	Patterson engaged in sexual contact with an unknown adult female. Contact included penetration. Patterson gained control through physical force. Patterson gained access by approaching her in a public setting and forcing her to another location.
Thomas Richard Erickson	Criminal sexual conduct in the second degree	Offender has a history of sexual contact with minor male victims (age 7-15). Contact included sexual touching and penetration. Offender gained access to victims through grooming and having victims spend the night at his home. Offender was known to victims.
