October 2021: Home prices in Minneapolis fell

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Minneapolis fell by $2,550 while total sales decreased by 36.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 190 homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,450 - a 0.8% decrease over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 299 homes sold in Minneapolis in October 2020.
