April 2021: Home prices in Minneapolis increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Minneapolis rose by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 71.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 112 homes sold, with a median sale price of $324,500 - a 7.3% increase over the $302,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 393 homes sold in Minneapolis in April 2020.
