Minneapolis home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Minneapolis rose by $47,450 while total sales decreased by 71.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 168 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,950 - a 16.8% increase over the $282,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 591 homes sold in Minneapolis in August 2019.
