Minneapolis home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Minneapolis rose by $12,750 while total sales increased by 22.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 479 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $237,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 390 homes sold in Minneapolis in November 2017.
