Minneapolis home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Minneapolis rose by $24,500 while total sales decreased by 24.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 286 homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,500 - a 9.1% increase over the $268,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 377 homes sold in Minneapolis in March 2019.
