Minneapolis home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Minneapolis rose by $17,250 while total sales decreased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 594 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,250 - a 6.5% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 652 homes sold in Minneapolis in August 2018.
