Minneapolis home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Minneapolis rose by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 377 homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,000 - a 3.1% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 401 homes sold in Minneapolis in March 2018.
