Minneapolis home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Minneapolis rose by $20,050 while total sales increased by 1.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 322 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,950 - a 8.7% increase over the $229,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 317 homes sold in Minneapolis in January 2018.
