CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS: Meetings Of Most Appointed Boards And Commissions Cancelled Through April 17

Canceled

City of Minneapolis issued the following announcement on March 17 

Meetings of most of the City’s appointed boards and commissions are now cancelled through at least Friday, April 17, 2020. These cancellations are part of an ongoing effort to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19.

The affected boards, commissions, committees, working groups and tasks forces are ones not required under State law or City charter.

Meetings that will continue are ones required under State law or City charter that affect the operations of City government. They include:

  • City Council and its committees.
  • Executive Committee.
  • Audit Committee.
  • Planning Commission and Planning Commission Committee of the Whole.
  • Zoning Board of Appeals.
  • Heritage Preservation Commission.
  • Board of Estimate & Taxation.
  • Charter Commission.
  • Civil Service Commission.
  • Civil Rights Commission.
Dates and times of upcoming meetings are available at lims.minneapolismn.gov.
