Minneapolis Public Schools issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
Hello Friends and Family, this is Patrick Henry High School’s 18th Annual Hmong New Year! Please join us for a night full of traditional Hmong performances which includes the play, singing and traditional Hmong dancing! Everyone is welcomed! We will be having dinner after all of the performances are over.
There is no fee to come to this event! Everything is free!
This year’s play will be called, “Kuv Niam cev khaub ncaws”, a story inspired by Hmong Bedtime Story.
