On Friday, March 7, former Washburn Senior High School standout John Lyman’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, lost 15-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Kent State Golden Flashes.

The game took place at Olga Mural Field at Schoonover Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Golden Flashes this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 12 p.m. at Olga Mural Field at Schoonover Stadium against Kent State Golden Flashes.
