Earth Hour 2022

As a symbol of the City’s commitment to the environment, the clocks on Eden Prairie’s iconic water tower will go dark for Earth Hour 2022 at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, March 26. The City’s participation in this global event is an acknowledgment of its continued focus on actions that benefit the community and our environment. Learn more at EarthHour.org.

Park Clean-Up Day

The City’s Park Clean-Up Day is from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 23. The event is suitable for kids and adults, and it’s a great outdoor activity for families and service groups. View the interactive map to locate an area that is accessible for cleaning, and sign up by Thursday, April 21.

Eco Expo

On Sunday, April 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. the Eden Prairie AM Rotary Club is hosting Eco Expo 2022 at the Community Center. The event offers family friendly and eco-inspired activities, speakers, vendors and an eco-raffle. Admission is free, but a $10 donation per person will help fund EPAM Rotary Club’s community and global grants.

Manufacturing Job Fair

The Eden Prairie Community Foundation and Chamber of Commerce are hosting a Manufacturing Career Fair from 3 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 12 at the Garden Room located inside City Center (8080 Mitchell Road). Many local manufacturers will be at the fair looking to fill good-paying jobs, and there will also be refreshments and prize drawings. SouthWest Transit is providing job seekers free transportation to the Career Fair via SW Prime from anywhere in its SW Prime service area.
