In greater Twin Cities, the average price is $2.48 and the lowest price is $2.17. Trends show the price as down.
The average price of unleaded gas in the state is $2.635 per gallon. The previous week, the state average was $2.605 per gallon. The average has increased since last month, when it was $2.606 per gallon – a 2.9 cent difference.
Last year, the average price for a gallon of gas was $2.699.
